The Marah
Moving on Project

The Marah Trust is working from its base at Stroud Congregational Church to develop a Day Centre of excellence, which will empower and equip individuals who are drug and / or alcohol dependent to live new and productive lives within the community. Marah believes that every drug and alcohol dependent person has the ability to stop ‘using’ and to reach their full potential in life.

 The new Day Centre will incorporate and blend the following powerful and effective elements to bring wholeness and freedom to the participants:

  1. The Continuation of our drop-in sessions at least 3 afternoons a week
  2. Structured Day Programme
  3. Relapse Prevention Programme
  4. Reintegration Programme
  5. Client led follow on projects,
